MARKETING/SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s marketing strategy to drive awareness, traffic, engagement, and conversion. This role interacts cross-functionally with design and marketing teams to support their respective objectives while ensuring consistency in HO1’s brand voice and tone. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, familiarity with the HO1 brand, a true love for social media, and a knack for developing creative partnerships and promotions while engaging our followers in an authentic way through relevant social media content..

DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES

● Maintain social content calendars for brand

● Create and maintain content for Email Marketing

● Partner with brands on content planning & ideation

● Work closely with internal and external analytics teams to learn and adjust plans based on actionable conclusions

● Continuously brainstorming and implementing new ways to present our content

● Assist in capturing creative video and photo content during photoshoots, installs, and Studio events..

QUALIFICATIONS

● Must be detail oriented

● Amazing communication and interpersonal skills

● Must have a reliable car with a valid drivers license

● Excellent knowledge of applications such as Canva, Flodesk, Pinterest and other social media outlets

● Adobe Photoshop: 1 years, Marketing Experience: 3 years

**Degree in Marketing (Preferred)**

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
